Rain
So this weather has been "CRAZY" one day we have blistering sun, the next day we have rain! I've decided it's better to have wet HAPPY kids....then dry GRUMPY kids! Besides look how cute they all are :)

Annual pumpkin patch adventure
We went to our favorite pumpkin patch "Delosso family farms" and had a blast! It wasn't as hot this year (thank goodness) and it wasn't as crowded. They have so much to do there that you almost forget to pick out a pumpkin ;) I love that we have family traditions, and that the kids look forward to them every year! How fun will it be to pass these fun traditions on to our grandchildren. I'm grateful for my sweet children to sit so patiently and smile while I snap away hoping to get at least one picture with everyone looking. Oh and Joe too....because he's usually the one dancing around acting silly to get them to smile :)

Wait What??
Me: "Braden what are you doing with the chairs?"
Braden: "I'm making a boobie trap mom"
Me: "For who?"
Braden: " For you mom!"
Me: "Oh! Thanks!"

Part 2
Braden started his second preschool today (Gingerbread) We love this school...Maybe because we've been here before and we know all the teachers and not to mention it is a DARLING school!...It was fun to go back and say hello to all the old teachers (old meaning last year..not age) :)
Braden is officially in preschool 5...count em' 5 days a week! This kid has more energy than an Electricity Power Plant! Unfortunately my furniture and youngest child are feeling the wrath of this "power".So this will be good for him, and Ashby and my poor leather couch! Besides the teachers get paid to chase energetic ,paint covered "4 year olds" all over the place!
I'll miss his sweet face always telling me he's hungry...or miss hearing him jump off the couch and worry that he'll break his neck....and telling him 100 times... "Braden...don't do that!"....but I'm sure I'll find something to take my mind off of it while he is gone 2 1/2 hours everyday :)

Braden's 1st day of School....part 1
Braden had his first day of School today...Well part 1 of school....He is going to 2 schools this year because he needed to be occupied more :)...Really he did ask if he could go more days, so I smiled at him and said "I have no complaints about that"! He has a lot......No.......tons and tons of energy...So this will be really good for him, and me.It's super close to our house and Caleb's school and a park (Braden's favorite part)...He picked out his outfit and his snack...according to him I wasn't allowed to suggest anything....Oh Braden :)
So next week he will start Gingerbread preschool again and will be officially going to school 5 days a week...Whew!....Stay tuned!

Let the cheerleading begin!
Yeah...Soccer season started, and both boys get to play this year (last year our little braden was too young)...so it was super cute to see them both in little soccer uniforms!
It was beyond hot...Seriously 103 degrees people...my poor boys were so tired and sweaty after they were done, but they were still smiling. Braden played at 10:30 and Caleb played at 1:30...(yep, we were there almost all day!) They both did great! and yes I LOVE cheering on the sidelines for them...
Oh you bet I go all out , no matter much my "loudness" may bug some other parents :)

2nd Grade
Caleb started the 2nd grade..."Wow" he is growing up fast!He has a great teacher Mrs. Seto and he is excited about all the fun things she is going to do in her class! He was so cute, as I hugged him and waved goodbye...I said " I love you" kind of loud I guess and instead of getting embarrassed and putting his head down he yelled back "I love you too mom"! Awww....I'm hoping that I can hear that for a few more years :)

Our San Diego Trip
We went to San Diego for another one of Joe's CANA conferences, and instead of making the 8 hour trek by car...We decided to fly instead! It was the kids first time flying and it was the funniest thing ever! As the plane took off both Caleb and Braden sat way back in their seats and went "WHOOOOOAAAAA" super loud...then as we got higher and higher they started to have this panic look on their faces...They were troopers...Braden even got to go "potty" on the big airplane...I think he is still wondering where his "pee" went?
We went swimming at the hotel, walked downtown and saw the sights , rode in every train, taxi and bus we could find (we didn't have a car so we resorted to our "city" days of getting around!) Then we went to Sea world for a couple of days! We had a blast and made some pretty fun memories...

Moms just wanna have fun...
I had such a fabulous weekend with my dear friends! We are all moms of "three" kids, so we were all in need of a serious time out! So we decided to have a "long" girls night out and stayed up in Sonoma for the weekend. We went shopping, took silly pictures, stayed up way past our 10:00 curfew (4:00am), ate candy and drank soda till we got stomache aches....and we laughed....and laughed.....and laughed! Seriously it was a VERY needed and fun getaway!
We love our children dearly...but there are days when we have wiped more bottoms than we can count, cleaned up spilled apple juice too many times off the floor, and said please stop whining and fighting with your brother more than you know! So after our very relaxing getaway, we all came back refreshed and ready to give our 110% back to our kids!
Because we are moms...of course we talked about them and yes we did miss them :)
So thanks girls for letting me be Racheal for the weekend and not "room mom"!

16 kids and counting!
A few of my friends and I took our kids to Coyote Point Museum...Between us 5 moms we had 16 kids (my brother was there)...I think the guy at the admission counter thought we were a school! Dang-it we should have said yes...then maybe we would have gotten a good discount :)
The kids had a blast playing and exploring and us mom's had fun chatting as usual, it was a fun day....everybody stayed in tact and sane, and we even managed to get everybody smiling in a picture...(well almost!)
